The Thoroughbred Health Network is a collaborative initiative of industry stakeholder organisations which needs a thriving, engaged and active network so please SUBCRIBE FREE OF CHARGE.
To date, there has been an abundance of research conducted into equine health and in particular, the Thoroughbred Racehorse. This project aims to evaluate such research and every month provide advice on how to avoid, recognise or treat the most common health and performance-limiting problems encountered by Thoroughbreds and other equines.

The Thoroughbred Health Network first launched in June 2015 as a northern pilot project but expanded nationwide in March 2017. In July 2017, the Thoroughbred Health Network was approved as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) and is now regulated by OSCR [charity number: SC047604]. This structure enables the THN to work towards its charitable purposes across Scotland, England and Wales.
